Call DEPS Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm at (252)939-9500. You will need your pass code/password. You can also send a fax to (252)523-6464 or send an email.
- Call Security Central, (your monitoring company) and put your system in test. You will need your pass code to do this. Their number is 1-800-230-6975.
- Set your Alarm the same way you would when you go to bed at night or leave for the day.
- Open a door or window to set the alarm off.
- Call Security Central back to check that they received signals and to take your system back out of test.
No need to. Once a month a test signal is sent in from your backup to Security Central. If your cell backup is not working they will contact us. We in return will contact you.
